We are a highly aggressive and growing civil construction, waste management, and material recycling company in search of an Executive Administrative Assistant Professional. This position will support 4 executive / senior managers and will be involved in various aspects of the multiple business units.

Job Description:

  • Support day to day scheduling needs of the leadership team, setting up meetings
  • Assist with coordinating various departments, projects, and initiatives
  • Support data and information gathering, as well as the production of estimates and proposals for projects of all sizes and market segments
  • Assist in the coordination of deliverables on various projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers as required
  • Assist in development and distribution of action plans including the establishment of goals and objectives
  • Keep track of business unit indicators/metrics and produce business performance reports as required
  • Must be highly organized, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence
  • provide clerical support and often handle tasks that have a direct effect on the success of the business
  • Assist as required with marketing, finance, business development and operations support
  • Solid understanding of Excel and Accounting software, report writing, creating budgets, assisting and supporting accounting documentation.
  • Schedule company functions and customer events
  • Additional duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, with emphasis on Excel and Power point, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Drop Box , Zoom ,
